For this you have to take a bowl.  Half of which has to be filled with water.  Then add three spoons of white vinegar to it.  Now put lemon in it and check it well.  You can see lemon with plain water as well, but you will get more benefit by washing lemon in the way mentioned above.

Now cut this washed lemon with a chopper and extract its juice.  Now you do not have to use the lemon juice that you have extracted but instead you have to use the lemon rind extracted from the juice.

After this, first of all take a non stick pan and heat it by adding one liter of water.  When this water becomes hot, lemon peels should be added to it and heated.
